Before launching Maritime Parc, he oversaw the kitchen at Pamela Morgan’s famed Flavors and created menus for the Glazier Group’s successful Manhattan-based catering businesses such as Twenty Four Fifth and Bridgewaters. He has also cooked for esteemed clients including Martha Stewart and Steven Spielberg; for the runway shows of Versace, Armani, Chanel, and Marc Jacobs; and for two American presidents.
