MAKE THEM YOUR OWNMaritime Parc offers two highly flexible venues, The Sky Room and The Aviary, with 18,000 total square footage of private event space showcasing spectacular views of the Hudson River, lower Manhattan, and such landmarks as Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Wraparound terraces invite guests to enjoy fresh air and the sensational scenery, and provide Executive Chef-Owner Chris Siversen and his team a location from which to cook for guests from charcoal grills. Inside, wall-to-wall windows allow sunlight to flood the rooms by day, replaced by a dramatic fiery orange hue at sunset. At night, the windows are the ultimate vantage point from which to watch the lights of Manhattan twinkle beyond the Hudson. The Sky Room and The Aviary may be booked together or individually, and the spaces may be configured and adapted depending on the type of occasion and the preferences of the hosts.

Maritime Parc, the restaurant, can also be contracted for more intimate private events and offers an ideal venue for corporate holiday parties. Located on the harbor-level floor of the Maritime Parc complex, the restaurant offers the same spectacular views as the private event spaces, as well as an additional point of visual interest: the opportunity to observe as Executive Chef-Owner Chris Siversen and his team cook in the dramatic open kitchen.

Maritime Parc’s second-floor private event space offers stunning views of lower Manhattan, a 270-degree wraparound outdoor terrace, and a flexible configuration that can be adapted for a wide variety of occasions.

Martime Parc’s third-floor private event space features 360-degree wraparound terrace, a vaulted wood ceiling, and one of the greatest vantage points from which to marvel at the Hudson River and lower Manhattan.
