Maritime Parc was conceived and designed with the express mission of creating a home for celebrations where all of the essential elements for success—a spectacular setting, exceptional food, and attentive service—combine to conjure an ambiance of pure magic.

Visitors arrive at Maritime Parc via a stately circular driveway. Inside, a soaring three-story lobby and majestic chandelier welcome guests in style, the perfect prelude to the private event spaces on the second and third levels of Maritime Parc (respectively The Sky Room and The Aviary) both of which flow naturally out to wraparound terraces. The spaces, totaling a combined area of 18,000 square-feet, may be booked individually or together. The Sky Room can accommodate up to 600 for cocktails and 450-plus for seated dinners, while The Aviary can hold up to 400-plus for cocktails and 150 for seated dinners.

Maritime Parc also offers a number of amenities, such as coat-check service, VIP rooms for each floor, a state-of-the-art sound system, customized lighting motifs, IT infrastructure, and relationships with the region’s best florists, and party planners standing by to help guests craft the ultimate, personalized celebration.

Though separate from the restaurant below, events at Maritime Parc boast restaurant-caliber food, making guests forget about the unfortunate “rubber chicken” fare that defines so many large-scale events. Executive Chef/Owner Chris Siversen, a young veteran of such New York institutions as Bridgewaters and Twenty Four Fifth, serves a menu that is unmistakably “restaurant” in spirit with options such as Tuna Tartare with Avocado Salsa, Chipotle Dressing, and Crisp Wonton Shells; Black Cod with Red Pepper, Pancetta, and Cockle Ragout; Roasted Chicken with Green Olives, Braised Fennel, and Shallot Sauce; and Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras Sauce, Sautéed Greens, and Truffle Potatoes.

Similarly, the staff at Maritime Parc prides itself on anticipating every need and orchestrating every detail with its invisible hand, leaving guests and hosts alike to enjoy the festivities and the ever-present views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline.
